scheme, launched today,Leeds Building Society borrowers can enjoy
the added bonus of 250 cashback and free Mortgage Payment
Protection for three months when they transfer their existing
mortgage to their new home. And for a cheaper, easier house
move, the society has teamed up with removals specalists Brewer
& Turnbull to offer 10% discount on their services. Increased
borrowing limits are also available - existing borrowers can
loan upto 3.5 times their sole income, or 3.5 times their sole
income plus on times the second customers income, or 2.75 times
the joint income. The Mortgage moves with the customer, so
borrowers currently in one of the society's 'great mortgage
deals' will not have to pay early repayment fees.
