    Inland Revenue Tax Notification
    Employees or HM Forces ID Card with photograph and signature from a recognised
    Firearm and Shotgun certificate

    Proof of Residency
    In addition to the proof of Identification, Proof of Residency (ies) will
    also be required by way of a Voters Roll check. Should either of the applicants not 
    appear on the voters roll, one orignal item from the list below must be provided for 
    each address resided at during the last 24 months
    Utility Bill e.g Gas, electric or telephone (Excluding Mobile phone bills)
    Mortgage Statement
    Bank or Credit Card statement
    Local Authority tax bill
    UK New Style Drivers Licence (including photo and signature)
    Local Authority rent card or tenancy Agreement
    Vehicle Registration Document
    TV Licence
    Inland Revenue Tax Notification
    Benefits/pension books
    Digital/Cable Contract Agreement or Bills
    Investment/Savings/Interest Certificates

    All of the above items for proof of residency must cover the 
    period required and be originals. Certified copies are not acceptable
  

    

    ID = One item from first list (driving licence/passport etc - can be certified copies)

    DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
    Any approved professional can certify the stated items from 
    List A and 1 & 2 from List B detailed above - provided the 
    certification is on their letterhead 

    They must also state their name in print and signature format 
    as well as date and confirm professional status/qualifications 

    Items from LIST B Numbers 3 to 7 - should any of these be 
    submitted either individually or together, they MUST be 
    originals. We Will not accept certified copies
