LIFE COVER REQUIREMENTS
    Lender does not require the assignment of an Investment 
    vehicle.It is the responsibilty of the Borrower to make
    sure adequate provision is made for investment payments to
    be up todate and the proceeds are adequate to repay the Loan.

    The Lender reserves the right to reschedule the loan to a 
    Repayment Mortgage if at any review date it is considered the

     The application fee is made up of the valuation fee and an administration
     fee. If the valuation has not been carried out, then we will refund the
     application fee minus 50 to cover our administration costs. If the
