For LTV's from 80%-90%- DBS will normally pay the premium on behalf of the
customer.
For LTV's from 90%-95%-the premium is 7.72%(repayment),8.76%(interest Only)
and this must be paid by the customer-it can be added to the loan where applicable.
For LTV's from 95%-upwards the premium is 12.05%(repayment),13.08%(interest only).
however the normal underwritting criteria is to only allow customers with
loans upto and including 95% LTV and not over this threshold.
