with the title deeds. We also do not need to know how an
interest only mortgage is to be repaid at the end of the
mortgage repayment period
IMPORTANT POINTS FOR INTERMEDIARIES
Do not send any data relating to life policies, repayment plans
intended to pay off the capital at the end of the mortgage term
Advise your clients that it is their responsiblity to make sure
they are able to repay the capital at the end of the mortgage
repayment period
Advise your clients that we will not have any details of how
they intend to repay their mortgage. This means we will not
know if any endowment policy or other financial plan they
intend to use lapses because the provider will not tell us
