and will only use the applicants solicitor if on their panel.
They must also be registered with the Law Society.

FLEXIBLE MORTGAGE
On all mortgages with this feature, overpayments of under 500 per
month will be credited to the overpayment reserve and will reduce the
interest charged. However, the monthly payment amount will not
automatically change. Overpayments greater than 500 will be credited
to the overpayment reserve and will reduce the interest charged. The
monthly payment will be recalculated automatically. For fixed rate
products, overpayments are limited to a maximum of 500 per calender
month. If the overpayment made is greater than 500, the entire
overpayment will incur an Early Repayment Charge.
Your client(s) can access any overpayments they have made by using the
borrow back facility from the overpayment reserve. Minimum withdrawal
is 500 and we will need at least 5 working days notice.
Clients can underpay or take a payment holiday, provided they have
previously made sufficient overpayments.
With a pre agreed flexible advance in place, clients can access
additional funds using the drawdown facility. Minimum withdrawal is
500 and must be activated within 3 years from completion
(not available on Fixed and Standard Tracker mortgages).
